August 9, 2012 marks a significant moment for the Colon Cancer Coalition / Get Your Rear in Gear. This date marks ten years since Susie Lindquist Mjelde passed away from colon cancer; the genesis of "Get Your Rear in Gear." Join us as the sun sets on Thursday, August 9, and honor the colon cancer warrior in your life with a luminary (or luminaries) displayed on your doorstep.
More information about Susie's Legacy and this celebration and remembrance can be found on our blog.
Don't forget to post the photo of your luminary (or luminaries) and the people you are honoring on our Facebook page.
