Butch's 4-50-4 Duathlon to benefit Get Your Rear In Gear

WHEN:
Saturday, October 8, 2011
11 am

WHAT:
The duathlon will consist of a 4 mile run, a 50 mile bike ride, and another 4 mile run (4-50-4) in honor of Butch’s 54th birthday last October.


11:00 a.m.  Start of 1st 4 mile run
11:40 a.m.  Start of bike ride
3:00 p.m.  Start of 2nd 4 mile run
3:45 p.m.  Finish!

A post-event celebration will be held at Green Mill Restaurant, located at 909 Vermillion St, Hastings, MN.

Green Mill will donate a percentage of sales from the celebration to Get Your Rear in Gear.

So, come on out and cheer him on!
