Beat the race day rush!
All pre-registered runners and walkers can pick up their bib number, timing chip and T-shirt.
Bring your friends with you when you pickup. There’s still time, but this will be your last chance to register before race day!

Course

5K run/walk, Loop course winds through North Creek wetlands on flat paved and gravel trails.

Post Event Celebration

Warm and freshly cooked Fisher Fair Scones, food and beverage sampling, displays from medical partners and sponsors.

 

The Seattle Area Get Your Rear in Gear 5K Run/Walk is proud to team up with the 40th Mercer Island Rotary Half Marathon to spread awareness about colon cancer prevention.Together these events will span the running calendar and connect the community to promote awareness and raise money for those touched by colon cancer.

A special collaboration allowed runners and walkers to participate in both the Greater Seattle Get Your Rear in Gear 5K (November 6, 2011) and Mercer Island Get Your Rear in Gear 5K  (March 25, 2012) events for a special rate.

This special offer ended with the closing on online registration.
